2022 Party Bus Bourbon Trail Event

Come join your PK friends and family for a weekend (or just one day) of wintertime fun!

We will have several options for you to choose from:

1. Stay Friday night at the Clarion Hotel, Lexington and enjoy the companionship of your PK Hog friends and prepare to depart in the morning after a buffet breakfast!
2. Come to the Clarion Hotel Saturday morning by 9:00 am ready to board the Party Bus at 9:30.
3. Leave after the bourbon tour party bus drops us back at the Clarion at 5:30,  or stay the evening at the Clarion and depart Sunday after breakfast!

We must have a minimum of 20 people to get the price of $100 per person on the Party Bus, for 25 guests the price will be $82 per person.  If we get less than 20, the price increases as the bus is a fixed cost.

If people chose to stay overnight Friday, they can.  If they choose to meet in the parking lot on Saturday morning, the bus departs at 9:30 am. Participants can stay either Friday or Saturday night, or both, for the reserved price of $92.  Or, the participants can go home Saturday after the party bus, if they choose.
Our Hotel has two restaurants, the Sports Page Bar and Grill (casual bar food/bourbon) and the newly opened Sedona Tap House (craft beer, more upscale menu).

All tours are the responsibility of the participant, most have to be reserved on line.  If you would like help, email me and I can assist!
I will update all on the price of the party bus once I see if we can fill the 25 seats!  I will collect check/cash at the time of the event.

Saturday, Jan 15th
Meet in Hotel parking lot at 9:00 am, Motortoys Party Bus picks us up at 9:30
Capacity of 25.  Bus has seats, full bar, ice, refrigerators, and a restroom.  Driver is provided. We can bring any snacks or drinks we wish to share.  Alcohol is permitted on the bus.

Depart 9:30  - Transit time 42 min.                 
First Stop-  Bulleit Distillery, Shelbyville, KY
Tours start 10:30am (must book on line)
Full Facility Tour and Tasting- $22
Tasting Only     - $18

Depart  Noon - Transit time 30 min.
Second Stop- Buffalo Trace Distillery, Frankfort, KY
Tours are on the half hour, free of charge

Depart 1:30pm - Transit  time 10 min.

Depart 3pm - Transit Time 20 min.
Fourth Stop- Woodford Reserve, Versailles, KY
Tours are by reservation, 30 min and include tasting; $25 (on-line reservations only)
