 Top HOG Points Program

In the Powder Keg H.O.G. Chapter, we feel everyone is a Top HOG, and chapter member participation is the most important part to our success as a chapter. Without you – the Top HOGs, we would not be the chapter we are today. The Top HOG Points program was developed to keep track of and reward our members who regularly devote their time organizing, assisting or participating in our chapter events throughout the year.

Simply put – The more you participate, the more points you earn. We understand your time is precious, so we encourage you to participate when you can and be rewarded for doing so. Listed below are contest details, the points value of each activity / event and the prizes that the winner will receive.  Every member can accumulate Top HOG points by attending chapter meetings, participating in group rides, and volunteering during chapter events.

Details of the contest:

  1. Open to Chapter members riders and passengers (officers are excluded but will be recognized separately).
  2. Volunteer rewards have more value than event participation.
  3. Winning member each year will present the title to the next year’s winner.
  4. You cannot win two consecutive years but becomes eligible again the following year.

What’s included/point value (point per event/potential point total)?

  1. Monthly Chapter meetings (10 pts)
  2. All Chapter rides (10 pts)

Road Captains that lead or sweep rides receive a 5-point one-time bonus.

  1. Special Events (5 pts)
  2. Safety programs (5 pts)
  3. Other official club activities (volunteering) (7 pts)
  4. Dinners/Outings (5 pts)

Awards to Grand Prize Winner

  1. Gift certificate - $100
  2. One-Of-A-Kind Patch
  3. Winner’s name will be added to the plaque in the lounge at the dealership.

   Powder Keg HOG Chapter Mileage Contest

Miles are entered into your profile by Road Captains, at every chapter ride each member attends.

At the end of the year, Mileage Coordinator - will pull the report from our new system.

Need not be present to win. Winners will be announced at the beginning of the next year.

All active members, passengers and officers are eligible to participate.

The "Top 5” in total mileage will be announced at the beginning of the next year. The individual with the most miles will be awarded a gift card as well as other recognition. The remaining 4 will receive an honorable mention.

Awards to the Grand Prize Winner

  2. One-Of-A-Kind Patch
  3. Winner’s name will be added to the plaque in the lounge at the dealership.

 *** This is a SEPARATE program from the National HOG mileage program that all Chapter members are encouraged to join.  You will need to follow National rules for their program.   We just use the same form to make it easy. ***
