BRING YOUR SIGNED AND DATED 2024 MEMBERSHIP FORM WITH YOUR CHAPTER DUES, $25 PER MEMBER. THE CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP FORM IS REQUIRED BY NATIONAL H.O.G.
